Organ Donation Saves Lives
Join us for LiveOnNY's annual 5k walk/run honoring donor heroes. Together we will walk in solidarity to celebrate the gift of life and show gratitude for the generous donors. This event will bring together donor families and recipients in a day of remembrance and celebration of the generous gift of life.

Honoring a donor hero or celebrating a recipient? Create a fundraising team in 3 easy steps:
- Nominate a team captain/captains.
- Submit a team name and roster to jgrinnell@liveonny.org
- Create a gofundme account for the team specifying the LiveOnNY Foundation as a benefactor.
Prizes will be awarded to the largest team and the team that raises the most via GoFundMe!
We invite and encourage custom team tshirts!

9:00am: 5K Race
10:30am 5K Walk
Registration Fee: $25 until 5/31, $35 after 5/31, $40 day of
